My version included :
1/2 c apple sauce (unsweetened)
3 bananas, mashed
1/4 c soy milk (unsweetened)
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups oatmeal (Quick-cooking)
1/3 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate chips
2 TBS cocoa nibs
Nice - almost guilt-free cookies:)
